Built from local timber, and featuring a river-rock fireplace, and ample workroom, Santa's house also has a state-of-the-art toymaking shed, with workstations for 50 tiny craftsmen.

US property website Zillow has listed 'Santa's House' at 'The North Pole' for sale.

The asking price is US$656,957 (AU$876,000), and the sale is listed as strictly 'off market'.

The garage is large enough to accommodate Santa's sleigh, and reindeers are catered for with 25 acres to roam, and stables with eight comfortable stalls.
