Coronis International has just celebrated one year of operation.
It was only a year ago that Queensland firm Coronis launched its International business to service the growing Chinese demand for Australian property, but within that year the team has expanded from three to 35 and sold more than $60 million of property.
Coronis International has also partnered with some world class developers and their marketing strategy is heavily focused on WeChat and webinars.
They have recently appointed the Master Agent of Dusit Thani Brookwater Golf & Spa Resort First Residence, Brisbane’s newest luxury development by the Maxsen World Group.
According to Credit Suisse, the Chinese market spent $8.7 billion on Australian property in 2013/14.
"We have had a phenomenal first year of business," said Coronis International CEO Terry Zheng, who started the group. "We have helped more than 100 buyers purchase $60 million worth of property throughout South East Queensland and we have established a vast database of interested buyers located in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Brunei through our marketing channels, WeChat, webinars and affiliate marketing."
Coronis Managing Director Andrew Coronis said demand for Australian property from the international market is unprecedented, and he is proud of how Zheng's team have "stepped up to service this niche."
