"We are on a mission to revolutionise how people invest in Australian real estate."
A boutique real estate research firm in Brisbane has become the first non-sales agency to win the Real Estate Institute of Queensland's Award for Excellence in the Small Residential Agency of the Year category.
Brisbane-based Propertyology created Queensland real estate history with their win at the annual black tie event. Propertyology Managing Director Simon Pressley said that the award was the result of dogged determination to develop a business model which breaks new ground in the real estate industry. Propertyology combines investment advisory, a buyer’s agency, market research and mortgage broking.
"Our aim is to bring a higher level of skill and sophistication to the decision-making process for mum-and-dad investors looking to progressively acquire wealth through residential property. With emphasis on economic indicators and a series of other key supply and demand metrics, we believe that we’ve developed the single most comprehensive research platform in the country," said Pressley.
Propertyology hold real estate licenses in four states in order to buy in strategically-chosen locations throughout Australia. "There’s literally no other business in the country which can honestly lay claim to studying the property markets of every location in Australia and then use that forensic-level research to pin point locations for property investors," said Pressley. "We are on a mission to revolutionise how people invest in Australian real estate."
