They have an identical finish to the top penthouse which sold for a record $25 million in April, but the sub-penthouses at Australia 108 will come with a slightly cheaper price tag. The four sub-penthouses in the luxury tower will hit the market this week, with price expectations between $11.5 million to $12.5 million each. The luxury three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartments are on levels 96 and 97.

Construction has started on the skyscraper, which will eclipse the nearby Eureka Tower by 25m to become Australia’s tallest residential building. CBRE managing director for residential projects Andrew Leoncelli is selling the sub-penthouses.
