Only 12 apartments remain available at Greenland Centre Sydney after an unprecedented pre-sale period, with one of the penthouses selling last week for over $10 million.
Greenland Group, Australia has appointed Brookfield Multiplex to build its first landmark tower in Sydney's CBD, the $800 million Greenland Centre Sydney which will be the city's tallest residential building. Construction on the tower
is set to begin next month.
"A project of this scale and complexity needs the technical expertise and significant residential construction and development experience that Brookfield Multiplex can deliver," said Sherwood Luo, Managing Director Greenland Group, Australia.
David Ghannoum Regional Managing Director of New South Wales at Brookfield Multiplex, said the firm considered their appointment to the job a "considerable achievement."
Designed by BVN Donovan Hill and Woods Bagot, the tower will feature 478 apartments, a 172-room boutique hotel, 275 square metres of retail space and 2,000 square metres of floor space dedicated to Council’s creative hub. Only 12 apartments remain available after a strong pre-sale period.
