Sydney's top ten most affordable properties have been ranked by SQM Research. Outer-suburban properties dominate the list, though units in Darlinghurst, Chippendale and Maroubra also make an appearance in the top ten. All of the top ten properties are within commuting distance of Sydney, and the firm hasn't included any Blue Mountains properties, which would have accounted for all of the top ten.
