Take a look at the view from downtown Manhattan's tallest residential tower
It has taken a long time for downtown Manhattan to recover from the September 11 terror attacks, but the area is now enjoying a revitalisation and the tallest residential tower in downtown Manhattan has just been capped. 30 Park Place, Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown is an 82-story development that features 157 residences starting on the 40th floor. The residences sit above the 189 room Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, slated to open in 2016. The tower was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and built by Silverstein Properties, Inc.
