Employment increased by 12,300 persons in Australia in October from September which is an increase of 2.1 per cent.

On the down side unemployed increased by 1,800, making a total 722,400 people without a job, or 6.4 per cent.

The unemployment rate was steady at 5.3 per cent.

Full-time employment increased by 5,800 to 8,835,600 people and part-time employment increased by 6,500 to 4,100,000 people. 

Monthly hours worked in all jobs increased by 2.9 million hours to 1,786.1 million hours.

The Client:
Founded in 2015 and having gained market-share across the Eastern Seaboard states, our client makes life easier for the selling agent by ensuring vendors have funds available to kickstart marketing, styling and advertising.

Essentially they provide services to Real Estate agents to ensure a smoother sales / auction campaign and offer a ‘point of difference’ when helping your vendors ‘get to market’.

Duties: 
Working from home or in their Collingwood office, you will be teamed with the VIC Sales Manager in a highly structured, CRM driven environment.

This role will see you spending time with newly signed clients around Melbourne undertaking the following:

• Assisting with lead qualification
• Attending client sales calls with the VIC Sales Manager
• Contract Administration & data collection
• Provide training to new clients and retraining of existing clients as needed
• Monitoring client compliance and engaging with clients if issues arise
• Ensure successful onboarding and 1/3/6 month reviews for new and existing clients
• Attend weekly video sales meeting.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in real estate (operations, admin or sales / bdm)
• Experience in training or a Cert IV in Workplace Training will be viewed with preference
• Be computer literate, able to prioritise and have a strong attention to detail
• KPI focused and committed to working collaboratively
