Expressions of interest are being sought for the former TAFE site in Yeronga, with Economic Development Queensland declaring the site as a Priority Development Area (PDA). For sale by Ray White Special Projects Queensland.

With a total land area of 3.1 hectares, the PDA borders Yeronga State High School and Yeronga Memorial Park, and will be delivered as vacant land, clear of all buildings.
Ray White Executive Director Special Projects Queensland Mark Creevey said the wealth of local amenity and highly attractive suburb provides potential buyers the opportunity to deliver a number of development outcomes.

“The delivery of a local community facility as an integrated component of the master plan has been identified as an important contribution towards the creation of a vibrant, liveable and inclusive community.”
