Expressions of interest are being sought for the former TAFE site in Yeronga, with Economic Development Queensland declaring the site as a Priority Development Area (PDA). For sale by Ray White Special Projects Queensland.
With a total land area of 3.1 hectares, the PDA borders Yeronga State High School and Yeronga Memorial Park, and will be delivered as vacant land, clear of all buildings.
Ray White Executive Director Special Projects Queensland Mark Creevey said the wealth of local amenity and highly attractive suburb provides potential buyers the opportunity to deliver a number of development outcomes.

“The site is located 500m from Yeronga train station and is close to a large variety of local services and amenities including shopping, education, recreation and transport facilities,” Mr Williams said.

The Yeronga PDA is being offered for sale via a two-stage process with initial expressions of interest followed by a formal request for proposals to select the most suitably qualified developers or consortia.
