A former police station in Sydney's Rozelle is available for lease - complete with prison cells and barred windows.
A former police station - complete with prison cells and barred windows - in Sydney's inner-west suburb of Rozelle is available for lease through Ray White Commercial.
The landmark building was formerly Rozelle Police Station, and is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Inner West Principal Tim Morrison.
Morrison said the 450 sqm building retains its original features - including three jail cells and barred windows - and would be suitable for creative or warehouse space.
“This is a significant and historical local landmark," said Morrison.
The building has two street frontages, and office and warehouse space; it also offers retail potential.
“The property is on strategic corner location, only metres from Victoria Road and is approximately 4km from the Sydney CBD," said Morrison.
The former police station is close to transport and close to the heart of Rozelle’s vibrant retail precinct, with restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and retail outlets.
