The latest median house prices are in, and Queensland’s top 10 most expensive suburbs, according to the REIQ, have been revealed!
Brisbane is the place to be in Australia’s Sunshine State, with all 10 suburbs based around the Brisbane area.
The top 10 suburbs are:
1. Clayfield – median house price $1,200,000
2. Hawthorne – $1,180,000
3. Bulimba – $1,100,000
4. East Brisbane – $984,000
5. Hendra – $980,000
6. Paddington – $970,000
7. Bardon – $960,000
8. Indooroopilly – $899,000
9. Auchenflower – $877,889
10. Ashgrove – $873,750
