The merger will add a strong presence on Sydney's north shore to Di Jones' established eastern suburbs market.
Di Jones will merge with LJ Hooker Wahroonga to create a real-eastate powerhouse with a formidable presence in some of Sydney's most lucrative property markets.
Di Jones's boutique agency began 22 years ago in Woollahra, and is well positioned for expansion. The group has an entrenched position in Sydney's eastern suburbs, and has recently expanded into the southern highlands and northern district.
LJ Hooker Wahroonga is one of the LJ Hooker group's top-performing offices in the world, and is a good fit for Di Jones' expansion plans.
"The Di Jones brand has been approached many times over the years by numerous companies and brands, but held back until we found the right alignment that understood what the Di Jones band signifies", said founder, Di Jones.
"We look forward to offering our clients a renowned distinctive style with a boutique touch and award-winning technology platforms with far greater reach," she said.
Di Jones Real Estate will be led by Chief Executive Officer, Rob Ward, and General Manager, Kylie Walsh.
The combined offices reaped sales worth more than $530 million last year, and have more than $1 billion worth of properties under management.
