'Berry Mountain Farm' features two historic homes, and has views from Gerringong in the north, to the Pacific Ocean, and to Pigeon House Mountain in the south.
The secluded 86 acres has been run as an organic fruit and vegetable for the last 27 years.
The original homestead has been carefully restored over the years, with original pieces sourced from historic buildings around the state. Care has gone into every detail, from the flannel-flower stained glass window, to hand-crafted timber doors and windows.
Down the hill from the main home, is a two-bedroom, 1840s, original slab cottage. 'Mullengrove Cottage' was moved from Crookwell Farm sheep station, and is now used for guest accommodation.
"You never get tired of just how beautiful the view is in every direction," said the current owner.
Inspection is by private appointment only. The property is on the market for $3,590,000.
