A small-lot residential development on the Tweed Coast in NSW.
Casuarina Beach developer Consolidated Properties’ latest small-lot residential development on the Tweed Coast is Beach Life. Consolidated Properties, master developer of the $1.5 billion Casuarina Beach township, unveiled the $14 million beachside homes project in February as a residential complement to its then-planned, now underway Coles Casuarina retail hub within the Casuarina Town Centre. Consolidated will deliver 29 boutique beach houses along Casuarina Way, adjacent to the Town Centre precinct, which has civil works completed and will shortly commence major construction of a range of developments alongside the Coles supermarket and specialty stores which commenced in April. Beach Life has been designed by leading Tweed Coast architect Scott Carpenter and features three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouses priced from $450,000, well under the pricing for typical three-bedroom beach homes on the Tweed Coast. The freestanding homes will be constructed by one of Queensland’s most successful builders, Hutchinson Builders. Casuarina Beach is attracting buyers from Northern NSW and South East Queensland, and more than half of the 29 homes on offer contracted within the first 12 weeks of release.
