Heath Williams of Place Estate Agents managed to skillfully match up both buyer and seller to achieve an outstanding sale.
A large 1,530m2 block that has been in the same family since the 1980s recently sold off market for $4.7 million.
Agent Heath Williams said the double block was sold from one local family to another.
"It was a really seamless deal," said Mr Williams to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
"The buyer rang me looking for an architectural house.
"We looked around the area and there weren't many architectural places available.
"The buyers then decided they would be happy with something they could renovate."

Mr Williams said the block at 260 Kent Street, New Farm and 63 Chester Street,Teneriffe, that goes across two properties, came up at the right time.
The heritage Queenslander at 63 Chester St, Teneriffe had been split into 3 units and tenanted with long term tenants, while the family resided at 260 Kent St, New Farm.
"One of the places was demolishable, while the heritage house could be renovated and extended," said Mr Williams.
"The buyers have engaged an architect and they will renovate the property back to its original heritage."
