Sam Guo of Ray White Broadbeach celebrated half a decade of dominance at the Ray White Queensland Awards held last week, named number one sales performer in the state for the fifth year running.
For Sam Guo, the formula for success is simple- don't stop.
The Ray White Broadbeach agent was awarded number one sales performer at the Ray White Queensland Awards for the fifth year in a row, while also being named as a Top 5 International sales performer.
He said the combination of a solid team environment and strong work ethic had allowed him to thrive.
"I am committed and focused as the minute you lose concentration, then straight away you lose focus," he said.
"I am surrounded by many excellent people and our working environment is like family.
"That's the only way you will make it to the level."
Mr Guo was of more than 1200 guests invited to celebrate the achievements of Ray White Queensland at the Royal International Convention Centre last Thursday.
The sunshine state network traded more than $8 billion in residential property sales, made up of over 14,000 transactions in 2018-19, while also listing more than 20,000 properties in the same period.
Ray White Queensland's focus on auctions and marketing property was demonstrated in its 33 per cent share of all auctions held in the state within the past year.

Speaking on the night, CEO Tony Warland thanked every one of the 4200 people who make up the leading network in the state.
“To administrators, property managers, PAs and assistants, salespeople, managers and business owners for all of the hard work that you do and the support that you give each other and of course the brand," he said.
"And tonight, I especially want to thank our business owners.”
The dominant powerhouse Ray White Surfers Paradise Group was once again awarded the number one office in Queensland for settled commission and total number of sales for the incredible 27th year in a row.
Ray White Surfers Paradise CEO Andrew Bell said was delighted to receive the accolades after a challenging year with significant issues for everyone in the property industry.
“The industry is going through a significant transformation and I am thrilled that Ray White is at the forefront of that industry transformation and I look forward to providing the very best results for our clients moving forward,” he said.
“Our market share has continued to grow year on year and we are blessed to have attracted the very best salespeople in the industry.
"We are excited about the year ahead."

Ray White Ascot Principal Dwight Ferguson won the top principal in terms of residential sales award for 2018-19, while Sonya Treloar of Ray White Bridgeman Downs | Albany Creek won the top salesperson award for total number of sales.
The Ray White New Farm team took home the Profile of Courage for their consistent efforts helping their community, while Mark Beale, principal of Ray White Whitsunday won the Profile of Courage for his Leadership.
Larry Malan of Ray White Broadbeach | Mermaid Beach took home Profile of Courage for Revolution and Innovation. Neil Mundy of Ray White Ipswich took home the gong for Service Excellence.
Christine Rudolph of Ray White New Farm won the Excellence in Marketing - Property Profile award, while Jackson Paradise was awarded for his Excellence in Marketing Personal Profile.
Once again the Ray White Surfers Paradise team was named as the Property Management Team of the Year, while Ray White Sherwood | Graceville was recognised for its Excellence in Auction, and Janelle Tanielu of Ray White Bracken Ridge won Administrator of the Year.
Ray White New Farm Principal Haesley Cush was named the prestigious Max White Award winner for 2019.
For the past 39 years, the Max White prize has been awarded to 'extraordinary people doing extraordinary things' within the Ray White Queensland Group.
Mr Warland said Mr Cush was a son of the company who was revered as a true leader.
“He started with us when his mother originally owned a Ray White office," he said.
"His compassion and empathy extend beyond the company's needs as he is always available to assist in charitable events and has the most beautiful life with his wife Aleesha and three young children.
“For me personally, we all have mates, but we have a less number when it comes to friends and for me Haesley is definitely a friend and his support has been unwavering for many years.”
