Mr Davies said he is confident this is the best team on Racecourse Road.
“From day one, it has always been a burning desire to be a business owner in Ascot. I also love growing people within my team and helping them become the top of their game. Place is a brand I have always respected, so it’s a great fit for me.”
Place Ascot Principal, Patrick McKinnon, said, “This is a partnership that will be offering Ascot and surrounds the very best service and results.”
Mr Davies started his real estate career in 2014, first specialising in the Brisbane city market before reaching his goal of selling some of the city’s most prestigious homes in Ascot and Hamilton areas.
Prior to his real estate career, Mr Davies worked in architecture.
The agent is also Australia’s most popular real estate agent on Instagram, with 32K organic followers. He showcases family life, personal styling, the pros of being a real estate agent, and his personal passions and interests.
“I started properly growing my Instagram account around five years ago; I’ve even managed to secure listings through the platform,” he said.
Mr Davies also said he has sold many homes whereby the vendor first contacted him through Instagram.
“They say it’s because they feel like they already know me. My advice to agents wanting to thrive on this platform – be authentic and consistent. Don’t entertain vanity metrics,” he said.
