McGrath Estate Agents has announced that Nick Dunn will be re-joining the company, following several months at LJ Hooker Avnu.
McGrath Estate Agents has welcomed a familiar face back into the fold, with Nick Dunn rejoining the company at its Crows Nest office.
Mr Dunn has spent the past seven months working at LJ Hooker Avnu.
He compared his latest move to "returning home".
"I feel very fortunate to be aligning myself with (Principal of McGrath Crows Nest) Peter Chauncy, who has the maturity and depth of knowledge to transact in this market where education transparency and trust is essential so buyers both feel comfortable throughout the sales processs," he said.
“I couldn’t hope for a better mentor in Peter.
"As I evaluated my options and career direction, I am also grateful to the company’s CEO Geoff Lucas who was extremely generous with his time."
Mr Dunn managed oversaw some significant transactions in his previous post at McGrath Lower North Shore, including 30 Courallie Road Northbridge ($3.9 milion); 120C Holt Avenue, Mosman ($2.6 million); 42 Cremorne Road, Cremorne Point ($4.725 million).
As part of his new role, he will be focussing on Cammeray, Cremorne, Artarmon and Willoughby.
Mr Chauncy said Mr Dunn typified the calibre of agent he was looking to recruit as the Crows Nest office expanded.
