New South Wales' top real estate performers were recognised last week at the 2017 Real Estate Institute of New South Wales Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner.
In the twentieth year the event has been held, the celebrations were held at the Exhibition Hall, Australian Technology Park in Sydney.
John Cunningham, president of the REINSW, said this year's winners demonstrate the high professional standards the real estate industry is aiming for.
“The 2017 REINSW Awards for Excellence winners are setting the standards for the rest of the industry,” he said.
Charles Tarbey, chairman and owner of Century 21, won the Woodrow Weight Award for outstanding service

Cunningham paid tribute to Tarbey as a true leader in the industry.
Tarbey is "one of the greatest real estate visionaries, particularly where technology is concerned", said Cunningham.
“From humble beginnings Charles sold his first home at the age of eighteen and three years later purchased a real estate business," he said.
Di Jones won the REINSW large agency award
Di Jones was awarded the REINSW Award for Excellence for Real Estate Agency – Large.
Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said he was honoured that the agency has been recognised at the most prestigious awards in the state.
“We have worked extremely hard as an agency over the last 12 months to grow our network by more than 55 per cent,” Ward said.
“The dedication from our team has been absolutely outstanding and I’m so proud to be sharing this award with them."
Further expansion is in the works, said Ward.
