'Enstone Park' is an historic mixed-use farm on the east coast of Tasmania.
Spanning 5,500 acres on the coast, 'Enstone Park' features a renovated 1867-built, Georgian homestead.
The property has approximately 300 hectares under irrigation from pivot and hard hose, has potato and lucerne crops, and runs 3,000 cross-bred ewes and 300 cattle.
It also includes 680 hectares of native bush, and 400 hectares of plantation which will be due to harvest in six years.
A second house, a cottage, a shearing shed, and hay barns are also features of Enstone Park. Six blocks with ocean views have been approved for development.
