'Blockheads' Dan and Dani, and Chantelle Ford will be at Knoxia this Saturday to provide apartment styling tips.
'Blockheads' Chantelle Ford, Dan 'The Foreboy', and Dani Wales will team up with Wantirna South's new boutique development, Knoxia, this weekend for an afternoon of advice about styling the perfect apartment.
General Manager, Yuka Chen, of Centric Capital Group said the 'Block All Stars' event will offer budding designers an insight into the latest design trends. 'The blockheads have delivered some amazing spaces over the series they filmed, and their design aesthetics align with the vision we have for Knoxia.'
The Knoxia vision is to bring a boutique apartment lifestyle and the best contemporary design to Wantirna South. Knoxia was launched in June, and has been popular with downsizers from the area.
Knoxia features 87 architecturally designed apartments over six levels. Interiors are larger than average, and designed with elegance and practicality in mind. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood in. Kitchens are beautifully crafted with the finest finishes and fixtures, SMEG appliances, and soft-closing drawers. Residents of Knoxia will have access to a garden retreat designed by award-winning designer Jack Merlo.
Seven luxury townhouses will be released in September. Apartment prices start at $339,000.
The 'Block All Stars' event will be held on Saturday 22 August from 12pm to 3pm at the Knoxia display suite at 456 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna South. Visit the website www.knoxia.com.au to RSVP. The event is free, and open to the public.
