Mirvac has recruited US celebrity property agent, Dolly Lenz, to market its Grand Pavilion Penthouse in New York.
Mirvac is also expanding its search for a top-notch buyer by offering a suite of lifestyle offerings to the eventual lucky buyer.
At the very top end of the real estate market, perfect location, exquisite design, and an exceptional quality build are almost taken for granted. But with many properties these days attracting the 'luxury' label, Mirvac is aiming to distinguish its offering by including lifestyle options into the penthouse package.
As well as driving interested parties to inspections in a Bentley, and having a butler on hand, the lifestyle experiences will be personalised to suit the buyer, and might include enlisting the services of an art consultant to help the owner buy artworks, a wine connoisseur to help purchase fine wines, and the services of a top chef who could provide an exclusive dining experience inside the luxury pad.
The Grand Pavilion Penthouse occupies the top floors of Mirvac's The Eastbourne development, which is located in East Melbourne, and has sweeping views of Fitzroy Gardens, the MCG, and Port Philip Bay. Bates Smart are the architects and designers.
The Grand Pavilion Penthouse is being sold by private tender, which will close on 11 November.
