The asking price falls from $US29.85M to $US19M.
After languishing on the market for 18 months, the Hawaii beachfront home of actress Julia Roberts has received a very hefty price cut.
The Kauai property was originally listed in April 2015 with an asking price of $US29.85 million, and is now down to $US19 million.
According to public records, Roberts bought the home in 2011 for $US13.4 million.
It features seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, and was once owned by a prominent Kauai sugar plantation manager.
"The property is now very well priced, " Neal Norman, listing agent and director of Hawaii Life Real Estate, told The Wall Street Journal. "It offers a rare opportunity to own a large property in one of the most beautiful beaches in the world."
