With house prices in Auckland up 24 percent in the past year alone, it makes sense for New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty to expand its presence in the city by acquiring Milne & Co., one of Auckland’s most respected real estate brands founded by well-known agent Pene Milne. Milne has been in the real estate industry since 2001 and specialises in the premium end of the Auckland residential market. 

The move is part of NZSIR’s strategic plan for expansion into the Auckland property market.
