Australian property developer wins an award for one Green Square project while its latest one there sells 98 percent on opening day.
Property developer Crown Group is riding high right now, having secured $350 million worth of sales in the first day of launching its Infinity apartment project at Green Square and in the same week winning a top industry prize for its Viking development.
Located at 30-36 O’Dea Avenue Waterloo, Viking was completed in 2014. Viking was named a Joint Winner in the ‘Home Units $500,000-$700,000’ category at the 2015 Master Builders Australia NSW Excellence in Housing Awards. The MBA NSW Excellence in Housing Awards showcase members for demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship, commitment to building excellence and upholding the professional standard of Master Builders Australia.
Designed by MHN Design Union, the 10 storey Viking features 110 apartments and six commercial suites. Crown Group Project Sales and Commercial Director Anthony Falas said the award was a resounding endorsement for Viking, which he described as a "significant asset in the transformation of a former inner-city industrial area."
