* How long does it take you to do a routine inspection and what do you look at when you are there?
* How do you do your Current Market Analysis and how often do you do them?
* Whats the vacancy rate for the area and medium rental price?
The above questions are really good ones to ask and if they know their stuff they will give you loads of information.
