LJ Hooker is considering opening up to five new offices on Sydney's lower north shore in the coming months, as it seeks to revitalise its foothold in one of the nation's most lucrative markets.
LJ Hooker is considering opening offices in the blue-chip markets of Mosman, Cremorne, Cammeray, Kirribilli and Neutral Bay, having mutually ended its franchise agreement with the directors of LJ Hooker Mosman.
LJ Hooker has had a strong presence on the Lower North Shore for more than 70 years.
LJ Hooker Network Chief, Graeme Hyde, said the franchise agreement with the Mosman directors was due for renewal next year, but decided now was the right time for the brand for a change.
“The Lower North Shore is one of the most lucrative and vibrant real estate markets in Australia and, as such, we now have the opportunity to open a number of new offices in the area, in lieu of just one, to expand our presence and better serve our customers,” he said.
LJ Hooker has opened a number of high-performing offices this year in Australia’s growth areas, including:
"Between now and July 1, we’ll welcome our biggest-ever pipeline of new shopfronts,” said Hyde.
