LJ Hooker offices in Beecroft and Thornleigh will trade as Di Jones Real Estate from tomorrow.
Di Jones Real Estate is merging with LJ Hooker Beecroft and LJ Hooker Thornleigh effective Friday, 8 July. Both offices will operate under the Di Jones Real Estate banner.
The announcement follows Di Jones’ merger with LJ Hooker Wahroonga in April, and brings together three leading residential property businesses to form one of the most powerful residential real estate firms in the country.
Di Jones Real Estate, led by Chief Executive Officer Rob Ward, remains in expansion mode throughout Australia.
“We see this as a highly attractive opportunity for Di Jones Real Estate to further strengthen our team and grow our team in Sydney’s North,” said Ward.
“Bringing on these two teams together is a win‐win for all involved.”
Geoff and Amy Kaslar established LJ Hooker Thornleigh in 1999, growing it to become the number-one sales office in the area, and winning numerous awards over the last decade.
Amy Kaslar is a well respected industry leader and speaker, and has paved the way for women in real estate.
In early 2012, the Kaslars acquired Beecroft Real Estate, which became LJ Hooker Beecroft.
“Selling a home is one of the most important decisions in your lifetime. The obvious synergy between the Di Jones brand and these businesses is demonstrated through its commitment to provide impeccable service combined with genuine care. The localized personal touch with the exposure of a company-owned network means better results for our clients,” said Amy Kaslar.
The Beecroft and Thornleigh offices have sold almost $120 million worth of real estate over the past 12 months. The Di Jones Group now manages and sells over $1 billion worth of property every year in five locations in Sydney and the Southern Highlands.
