It's only a humble New Jersey shore home, but there's set to be no shortage of prospective buyers for 7 1/2 West End Court, Long Beach—it's the house where a 25-year-old Bruce Springsteen wrote the songs for his 1975 album 'Born To Run.
' The 828-square-foot house is just a block and a half off the beach. It has an asking price of $US 299,000.
"Now is your chance to own a little piece of New Jersey rock and roll history!" reads the listing for the one-story, two bedroom home.
It last sold for $US 280,000 six years ago.
